Customer Care for Drones and Tech Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance related to drone products.You want to learn more about this? Your responsibilities and impact working as a Social Media Content Moderator will be: -Providing accurate and detailed information about the company's products, features, and specifications. -Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email. -Assisting customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance. -Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges. -Ensuringing excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance in an appropriate and friendly manner.
