Are you looking for a new challenge in Lisbon? Are you <b>Native or Fluent in French and English?</b> Come and join one of the largest international companies in the area of personal, professional and industrial insurance as a <b>Bilingual Customers Claims Advisor</b> (M/F) for <b>Lisbon </b>to work Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts from 8am to 7pm. <u>MISSION:</u><u>As Client Services Officer :</u><ul><li>You evaluate and managed customer claims.</li><li>You liaise with insurance companies, clients and service providers via telephone and email.</li><li>Coordinate the direct billing process with international providers.</li><li>Handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide.</li><li>Regulate health care costs for policyholders and third parties.</li><li>Processing e-claims and Invoicing.</li></ul> <u>REQUIRED PROFILE:</u><ul><li>Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector is an asset, and in international environment;</li><li>Fluent in French and English;</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills;</li><li><b>Availability to work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday (8h/day between 8am to 7pm).</b></li></ul> <u>OFFER:</u><ul><li><b>Direct Contract with the client;</b></li><li>Average monthly salary package of 1300€ gross (base salary + meal allowance + transport allowance);</li><li>180€ gross bonus every 4 months + Annual bonus of 150€ gross;</li><li>Health Insurance;</li><li>Possibility of hybrid work.</li></ul> #lisboa_whc
