One of our clients is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will review partners feedback (, surveys) to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, determine the root cause, and establish recovery actions to improve experience.                 Responsabilities Uses business, technology, and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints. Leads conversation with partner to identify the requirements of the business and/or scenario they are trying to solve. Guides partners in one-to-one consultation to provide solutions to the customer environment within primary or minor solution areas (, architectural guidance, request for proposal [RFP] assistance, deployment guidance). Identifies and recommends complimentary solution areas. Gathers partner feedback in real time to deliver to respective planning team based on the support the market needs. Identifies partner needs and recommends more complex or broader range of technical solutions (, security assessments, privacy, data retention) or technical best practices through feature comparison, architecture design, proofs of concept, etc., and shares materials to help partners meet their business goals at a support-market level. Work Schedule/Place Full time, 40 hours a week, working from 9-18:00 (lunchbreak included); Parque das Nações, Lisboa (Hybrid role). Candidate Requirements 3+ years technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience. 1 year(s) experience with relevant technologies (, cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft platform). In depth product knowledge on Microsoft 365 Security. Preferably have hands-on work experience in Modern Workplace and Productivity based solutions. Current Microsoft certification(s) in the technologies supported Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer and partners relationships.
