What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting sellers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat across a variety of areas. * Providing customer support throughout the entire process, from sale, delivery, and return, to refund and warranty. * Maintaining KPI metrics within targets and ensuring closed cases per hour meet SLA levels.
