As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier support to sports enthusiasts across various platforms.  Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through multiple channels, including calls, live chat, email, and social media. - Assist customers with account setup, verification, sign-in issues, and financial inquiries. - Offer guidance on navigating the platform and resolving technical issues. - Act as a sports consultant, delivering expert advice and solutions. - Respond swiftly to customer queries, complaints, and feedback. - Build positive relationships with customers through open and effective communication. - Ensure customer satisfaction while following company policies. - Provide feedback to improve internal processes. Requirements: - Language Skills: Native European Portuguese with B2 level English. - Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights. - Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications). - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. - A team player with a positive attitude and an interest in sports. Working Schedule: - Monday to Sunday 24/7 (Rotating shifts, including night shifts). - 2 days off (rotative). - 40 hours per week (full-time). Compensation & Benefits: - Paid initial preparatory training - Base Salary paid 14 times - Complexity Bonus paid monthly - Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day (net) paid in a separate card - Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months. Contract Type: 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
