Descrição da Função

Executing all order management and design administration tasks, including invoicing, by liaising these activities with different production factories Coordinating logistic activities, to assure customer receive material on time, in full and assuring the quality. You will also be involved in Continuous Improvements activities (WCM) to guarantee productivity and loss eradication. You will be responsible to handle the administration in SAP system

Perfil

• You must be fluent both written and spoken in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
• To have experience in similar role (Supply Chain Operations, Customer Service, preferable in Packaging or Food industry)
• To have a university or high education degree is highly recommended.
• o have a good knowledge and experience in SAP (mandatory), Office tools (mainly excel and power point), and reporting tools like Power Bi.
• To have good knowledge of export control legislation, customs clearance procedures, documents, booking of shipments and how to ensure compliance in operations.
• To be able to work under stress, abilities to prioritize and act decisively and effective as problem solver, pro-active, persistent, and highly adaptable to change.
