Our client is one of the world's largest cloud computing companies, providing reliable cloud computing and data processing capabilities as a part of its online solutions, offering cloud services to thousands of enterprises, developers, and government organizations. You will address technical problems and concerns of customers about the company’s products, via telephone and internet services. With your empathetic personality and your technical knowledge you will provide timely and effective solutions to valued customers, in matters of troubleshooting operations, account contract problems, software configuration or other technical issues. This is the perfect opportunity to expand your skills, staying ahead of the curve in this dynamic industry. You only need to be fluent in English (C1/C2), have previous training in computers or related subjects or experience in system operation and to have knowledge pertaining to scripting language. The workplace is located in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, and you will work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24/7.
