Your Mission Strategic Management Build a clear launch pipeline and proactively manage client ramp-ups; Customer Success Ensure flawless onboarding for new and growing accounts, defining go-to-market plans and sales strategies; Impactful Sales Develop and execute strategies to attract prospects, close deals, and expand existing relationships; Data-Driven Decisions Lead implementation processes based on analytics to guarantee full solution adoption; Problem-Solving Identify and resolve client challenges with innovative approaches; Relationship Building Foster long-term partnerships, identifying growth and cross-selling opportunities; Business Expansion Manage the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing, ensuring growth across sectors. What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years in B2B account management, customer success, or onboarding; Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage diverse stakeholders; Customer Focus Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering success; Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English; Adaptability Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; Fluency in Portuguese and English.
