We're on the hunt for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our client, a leading financial technology company specializing in online payment services. If you're passionate about providing top-notch support and thrive in a dynamic environment, this work-from-home opportunity is for you!

Perfil

• As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
• Delivering exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Accurately documenting all customer interactions, resolutions, and necessary follow-ups within the CRM system.
• Applying your knowledge of digital wallet products to efficiently troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns.

Competências

• Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, team-based retail, hospitality, or customer service environment (preferred).
• Experience in an internet company, the financial services industry, or as a transaction processor (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications.

Oferta

• What We Offer:
• Base Salary: €1100
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Complexity Bonus: 80€/month;
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 17 pm
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
• Work Location: Work from home.
