We are recruiting for a leading global marketplace for refurbished devices, where only the top refurbishers are chosen to sell in their platform. As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the heart of our customer interactions, offering warm, professional service and swiftly resolving any challenges that arise.

Perfil

• assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending to potential requests;
• resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints;
• provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools;

Competências

• proficient in German and English, both oral and written;
• previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
• high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
• knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

Oferta

• What we have to offer you?
• base salary of 1010€/month;
• meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
• performance bonus up to 140€/month;
• schedule: monday to saturday, between 7am and 7pm;
• 2 days off: sunday + 1 rotational day
• permanent working contract with a 3 months trial period
• location Braga, Portugal
