Main Missions: - To interpret between Ukrainian and English while upholding the correct rules for grammar in both languages; - Provide strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation; - Follow instructions of Customers, manage the flow of the call; - Understand protocol and terminology at the customer service level in the following fields: Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Financial, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Emergency, Law Enforcement, Court, and General Business. Profile: - Experience in Customer Support; - C2 Level of Ukrainian; - C2 level of English; - High communication skills; Job specifics : - 100% remote. - Schedule: Monday to Sunday. - Rotating shift pattern between 7:00 and 22:00. - Private health insurance.
