Your tasks: Handle incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat. Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions within SLA to customers. Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress. Deliver high-caliber customer service for post-sales requests including delivery, warranties, and refunds. Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
