You will work closely with, IT Network, IT Security, Line Managers, Project Managers, Technical Teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of security. Key Responsibilities: Collaborative Leadership: IT Network, IT Security, Line Managers, Project Managers, Technical Teams, and other key stakeholders to drive and manage OT security projects. Comprehensive Inventory Management: Establish and maintain an exhaustive list of all devices and components within the OT environment and network infrastructure. Project Excellence: Lead OT security projects with a focus on best practices. Define, agree, and monitor project plans with stakeholders, ensuring that objectives are met and exceeded. Knowledge Management: Develop a robust knowledge management system, maintaining comprehensive documentation for every OT network/environment component. Proactive Security Assessments: Conduct regular FM security assessments to identify potential threats and impacts on OT systems. Report findings and implement mitigation measures in collaboration. Configuration Best Practices: Set and enforce guidelines for equipment configuration to minimize OT security risks and protect sensitive information. Innovative Environment Improvements: Propose, design, and implement enhancements to the OT environment to bolster resilience. Incident Response Procedures: Develop and maintain detailed procedures for handling security events related to OT projects and solutions. Policy and Process Enhancement: Propose and refine policies, processes, and procedures for internal and third-party OT environments, updating governance approaches as needed. Standards and Compliance: Perform gap analysis projects against standards such as DORA and NIS2. Evaluate new building technologies for compliance with established OT cybersecurity requirements. Infrastructure Support: Support the deployment and maintenance of OT infrastructure and related equipment. Architectural Review: Ensure the proposed architecture by external providers meets functional and technical requirements and aligns with business needs. Strategic OT Development: Collaborate with external providers to develop an OT strategy based on standards and technology security standards. Technical Skills: Expert Project Management: Extensive experience managing complex OT environments in office buildings. Advanced OT Security Expertise: Skilled in developing OT security projects, strategies, and architecture in cooperation with IT teams. Experienced in designing and implementing OT security projects for systems like Building Management, Digital Twin, Video Surveillance, Physical Access Control, Fire Detection, Intrusion Detection, Smart Building sensors, HVAC, Elevators, PLCs, etc. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of OT/IoT/IIoT technologies and connectivity protocols such as TCP/IP, Modbus, BACnet, RTSP, OSDP, OPC, KNX, SIP, PROFINET, S7, UDP, TLS, SDA, VRF, VLAN, WLAN, segmentation, OT Gateway. Documentation Skills: Proven ability to draft and document projects, policies, procedures, and network diagrams related to OT. Infrastructure Expertise: Practical experience in deploying and managing OT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization, backup strategies, databases, applications, distributed systems, and high availability architecture. Standards Knowledge: Deep knowledge of OT project standards like IEC62443, NIST 800.82, ISA99. Design and Management Skills: Experience in creating and running projects for architecture design, functional and technical requirements for OT solutions, and management, patching, and firmware updates for OT devices. Software Mastery: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Office 365, MS Teams, MS SharePoint) and specialized OT tools (e.g., Phosphorus) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD). Language Proficiency: Minimum level of C1 in English; C1 in French is an advantage. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
