Descrição da Função

Profile: - Expert level experience in Project Management and PMO methodologies; - Confirmed knowledge of Cybersecurity fundamentals and data protection solutions; - Professional experience with Zero-Trust architectures and Application Security projects; - Solid understanding of security standards and regulations, including NIS2, GDPR, and MSR; - Proven track record in managing end-to-end RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes; - Ability to define project scope, objectives, and conduct detailed risk assessments; - Expert skills in reporting, maintaining project portfolios, and tracking KPI/KRI metrics; - Fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from initial scoping to final delivery; - Ensure project execution follows best practices in planning, budgeting, quality, and communication; - Coordinate stakeholders across business units, IT, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors; - Monitor deliverables and provide regular reporting to Project and Steering Committees; - Guarantee compliance with internal and external security standards and organizational policies; - Manage project budgets and track financial performance throughout the project lifecycle; - Prepare project framing documentation and high-level presentations for the Cyber SteerCo.
