Descrição da Função

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Annotators fluent in Italian to support a world-renowned short-video platform. Your work will directly contribute to improving content quality and user experience by helping train AI models to recognize and categorize ambiguous or low-quality content. Key Responsibilities: - Review and assess multimedia content (videos/photos) based on predefined quality criteria - Accurately label content into specific poor-quality categories for model training - Meet daily quality and quantity targets set by the Project Manager - Adapt to evolving guidelines and project updates - Maintain a high level of attention to detail and responsibility Requirements: - Native or fluent Italian speaker - Good command of English (minimum B2 level) - Must be able to work onsite in Lisbon - Background in linguistics or experience in language teaching is a strong plus - Experience in data annotation, QA, or team management is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to support team improvement Benefits: - Competitive Base Salary + Language Bonus for Italian fluency +Meal Allowance - Onsite Work Model - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week) - Opportunity to work with a global tech client - Supportive and inclusive team culture in a newly established Lisbon office At Thoth AI, we foster a familiar and supportive work environment where every team member is valued and encouraged to grow.
