Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements for data and AI solutions. * Translate business needs into functional specifications, KPIs and data rules. * Design and maintain semantic data models, metrics and data documentation. * Ensure data quality, governance and compliance with data protection policies. * Support the delivery, validation and adoption of analytical products. Requirements: * Degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or a similar field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in data, BI or analytics business analysis roles. * Knowledge of SQL, data modelling concepts and data quality principles. * Experience with tools such as Power BI, JIRA/Azure Boards, Confluence and Excel. * Strong communication skills, critical thinking and stakeholder management abilities. * Fluency in English.
