Description: Responsibilities - Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and the data organization. - Understand business processes, objectives, and KPIs to translate them into analytical requirements and data product concepts. - Co-create data products together with business domain experts and data engineers. - Identify relevant datasets and define metrics, dimensions, and calculation logic in alignment with governance standards. - Build prototypes, visualizations, and insights that demonstrate business value and guide further development. - Support the validation, rollout, and continuous improvement of data products in production. Years of experience - 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Business Analyst. Functional Skills - Strong business acumen and ability to understand domain-specific challenges. In this case the pricing domain. - Skilled in requirements engineering and stakeholder management across business and IT. - Experience in designing KPIs, metrics, and analytical views that reflect business needs. - High ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights. - Understanding of data governance, ownership, and quality principles. components. Technical Skills - Proficiency in PowerBI. - Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling concepts. - Basic experience in Python for data exploration and analysis. - Good Knowledge of modern data platforms. Databricks and Synapse. - Willingsness to work on metagdata, lineage, and improve our data catalog tools. Soft Skills - Strong collaboration and communication skills with business and data teams. - Ability to translate analytical results into clear business insights. - Reliable, structured, and accountable working style. - Strong sense of ownership for data quality and business impact. Languages - Fluency in English (mandatory) - Portuguese (Nice to have) Certifications (valued): • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Analyst Associate (DA-100 / PL-300) • Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate (DP-500) Language: English (Mush have) and Portuguese (Nice to have).
