Join us in this project and start making a contribution to innovation in the industry! We are looking for a Data Governance to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid). Your key responsibilities: -Translate the strategic objectives of an organization into actionable goals related to data strategy, management, and utilization, with a particular focus on the Financial Services sector and BCBS 239 compliance, as well as other relevant regulations; -Understand business needs and convert them into data-related functionalities; -Define and implement data governance models, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience; -Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures for data management and governance; -Stay updated on best practices for Data Governance; -Communicate effectively with team members and client personnel at various levels as required. Skills and attributes for success: -Knowledge and/or experience with data governance tools such as Informatica, Microsoft Purview, Collibra, among others; -Strong business acumen; -High levels of autonomy, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills; -Continuous development of professional knowledge and experience; -Dynamic and positive attitude; -Strong problem-solving skills; -Excellent communication and collaboration skills; -Dedicated, efficient, innovative, resourceful, and able to work under pressure; -A strong work ethic, technical rigor, and attention to detail; -Willingness to join a young and dynamic team in a challenging environment. To qualify for the role, you must have: -A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, physics, business administration, economics, or a related discipline; -Over 2 years of professional experience in Consulting; -More than 2 years of experience working on Data and technology-related projects, specifically as a Data Governance/Management/Strategy consultant; -A strong motivation to achieve professional excellence; -A dedicated, innovative, and resourceful mindset, with strong analytical skills and the ability to perform well under pressure; -The capability to promote an efficient, innovative, and collaborative team environment; -Proficiency in English; Ideally, you’ll also have: -Proven experience in analysing and documenting business processes; -Proficiency in using tools like Jira and Confluence; -Hands-on experience in Data & Analytics projects, including designing data models and mapping data flows; -Strong business writing skills; -Familiarity with frameworks such as DAMA, CMMI DMM, and PMBOK; -Experience working with Agile methodologies; -Ability to articulate complex concepts across all levels of technical and business audiences; -Good communication skills.
