More than technology, we build close relationships and deliver real-impact projects. What will you do? Provision and administer Snowflake environments, ensuring RBAC standards and optimizing workload performance and consumption. Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for Snowflake resources and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Automate Matillion administration and deployments, providing hands-on support for ETL/ELT processes and query optimization. Develop and manage monitoring and alerting systems for Snowflake, taking ownership of incident response, runbooks, and contributing to FinOps optimizations. Implement and validate comprehensive security measures within Snowflake, including RBAC, data masking, network policies, and secrets management. Maintain comprehensive platform documentation, self-service guides, and actively contribute to onboarding and training sessions. What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: Proven experience of 3-5 years in data platform engineering or DevOps/SRE, including 1-2+ years with Snowflake. Solid understanding of SQL and performance tuning, with practical experience in Snowflake warehouses, Streams & Tasks, and resource monitors. Hands-on proficiency with Terraform (Snowflake provider + cloud provider), CI/CD pipelines, and scripting in Python and/or Bash. Experience in operating Matillion, encompassing administration of environments, projects, agents, and deployments. Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure), including networking basics, storage integrations (S3/ADLS), and IAM/secrets. Comfort with monitoring/alerting, incident response, and the development of robust runbooks.
