Descrição da Função

Profile: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields; - Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in data science or machine learning; - Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow); - Experience with NLP, deep learning, and predictive modeling; - Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Dask); - Experience with time series and anomaly detection; - Experience in deploying ML models in production; - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data manipulation; - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and MLOps tools; - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently; - Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for data analysis and prediction; - Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient data pipelines for model training and deployment; - Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and preprocessing; - Optimize model performance for accuracy and scalability; - Apply NLP, deep learning, and traditional ML techniques to structured and unstructured data; - Validate models using A/B testing and performance metrics; - Communicate complex insights and model results to non-technical stakeholders; - Contribute to the design and evolution of our AI platform and product roadmap; - Maintain a product mindset, always seeking ways to improve our platform.
