Our Digitalization & IT Transition department at Renvolt Energy is looking for a Digital Solutions Analyst to join the Digital Solutions team, a business support function working closely with all Renvolt Business Lines and support functions, including EPC and O&M. As part of this team, the Digital Solutions Analyst will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital solutions supporting business processes across the company. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into digital solutions. - Contribute hands on to the design, development, testing, and analysis of digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including active participation in troubleshooting and enhancements. - Support the implementation and day to day operation of digital solutions, working in coordination with other IT areas such as Data & AI, Cyber Security, and IT Operations. - Assist in the analysis, improvement, and documentation of Renvolt procedures and business processes related to the tools developed by the team. - Help maintain and promote Digital Solutions best practices, processes, and related SharePoint sites and databases, supporting user adoption and awareness. REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Management - Up to 2 years’ experience. - Proficiency in English. - Proficiency in Office 365 productivity apps. - Knowledge in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps or Power Automate is considered a plus. - Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (good to have). KEY SKILLS: - Organization, Availability and sense of responsibility. - Strong problem‑solving mindset. - Collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross‑functional teams. - Team spirit.
