Right now, we are looking for a Data Validation & Reconciliation Engineer for a client on our Talent Team.   Your responsibilities include: Migration of mission-critical, high-availability, and high-transaction systems; Experience in financial services or payment processing environments; Temporary coexistence of legacy and target systems during migration; Hands-on experience with shadow mode, reverse shadow, dual-run, or parallel-run migration strategies; Experience with progressive rollout strategies; ETL-supported migrations or equivalent data migration frameworks; Automation and observability of migration processes. You must have: 5+ years of experience Relevant experience in migration projects; Specific experience with DB2, MongoDB, and/or equivalent technologies; Experience with shadow run, parallel run, or system coexistence (if applicable); Availability to start the project; Proposed allocation model.   We offer: Integration into a dynamic and motivated team for the performance of the role.
