Profile: - Senior profile with 5+ years of experience in Database Administration, Governance, and Performance Engineering; - Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server configuration and administration (on-premises and Azure SQL Managed Instances); - Solid experience with Oracle Database administration and configuration for on-premises instances; - Hands-on experience working within Azure Cloud and Windows Server environments; - Proven track record in database diagnostic, performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring setup; - Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and deliver mentoring/knowledge transfer; - Professional fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Conduct a comprehensive assessment of on-premises and Azure database environments to establish governance standards and best practices; - Identify operational, performance, and technical risks across - MS SQL Server and Oracle platforms; - Execute remediation activities to improve database reliability, maintainability, capacity planning, and data synchronization; - Implement robust database diagnostics, monitoring solutions, and operational governance procedures; - Create detailed technical documentation, operational runbooks, and standard operating procedures; - Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure long-term operational stability.
