Descrição do emprego Internship description / Goals to Achieve: Development of activities related to training, including: * Participation in training needs assessment * Contribution to the development of the training plan * Preparation and verification of technical-pedagogical dossiers * Issuance of certificates * Communication with trainees and trainers * Support in the logistical aspects of training activities  * Support data organization and control charts * Data entry into training management platforms Habilitações You must have: * Eligibility for IEFPs Ativar Internship programme * Degree in Human Resources Management / Educational Sciences / Psychology or a related field * Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel * Proficiency in English  * Ability to work in a team * Strong communication skills * Organization capacity and sense of responsibility * Proactivity and willingness to learn and to deliver Informações adicionais Why SGS?
