Job description As Developer ServiceNow HRSD, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of our Case Management Infrastructure in ServiceNow as we modernize the HR Service Delivery Model for Infineon. You will work closely and effectively together with global cross-functional IT teams and business analysts to develop document management, as a substantial part of our HR Case Management. In your new role, you will: - Work as an interface and intermediary to HR to bring our global ServiceNow HR Solution for Document Management to the next level (Design, implementation, and customization); - Provide end-to-end support and perform tests, change, release, and deployment for already implemented solutions; - Provide 2nd Level Support and manage incidents: Receive, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents using the Remedy tool as a ticketing platform; - Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all implemented solutions, known issues, and resolution plans; - Work closely together with colleagues in a global team. Your Profile With your proactive approach, analytical mindset, and efficient communication skills, you can generate and implement creative ideas while establishing long-lasting partnerships. Additionally, you have a unique ability to maintain a holistic perspective, even in the face of challenging and intricate circumstances. You are best equipped for this task if you have: - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any relevant field. - At least 2 years of working experience in IT or any relevant field. - Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. HRSD and EDM module experience is a plus. - Skilled in creating visually appealing and user-friendly document templates in ServiceNow, including the use of Document Blocks, Scripts, and Style Blocks. - Knowledge in HTML and CSS; - Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM will be an advantage; - Strong problem analytical, and problem-solving skills, and good communication skills; - Fluency in English.
