Descrição da Função

Profile: - Proven experience in administering Apache Kafka; - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure; - Analytical, problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills; - Good technical communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams; - Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (valued); - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (valued); - Confluent Certified Administrator for Apache Kafka (valued); - Fluency in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities: - Administer, configure and develop the Apache Kafka platform; - Work on cluster architecture, including brokers, KRaft, replication and the configuration of `min.insync.replicas`; - Configure and manage Kafka Connect and the Schema Registry, using formats such as Avro and JSON; - Implement and manage security mechanisms, including mTLS and ACLs; - Optimise platform performance by adjusting JVM parameters, retention policies and clean-up mechanisms; - Manage storage and the Persistent Volumes associated with the platform; - Support incident analysis and resolution, contributing to the availability and stability of services; - Identify opportunities for improvement and promote the continuous evolution of the platform.
