Descrição da Função

"We are seeking a Marketing Trainee focused on Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to support the development of Zumub’s global affiliate network. This role will provide valuable experience in campaign execution, partner acquisition and affiliate program management. ROLE: Prospect and recruit influencers and affiliates across international markets Evaluate new partnership opportunities with commercial potential Conduct outreach communications to present the affiliate program Support onboarding and integration of influencers into marketing campaigns Maintain regular communication with leads to ensure activation Assist with negotiations related to campaigns and incentives Support execution of commercial initiatives focused on driving sales Reactivate inactive affiliates and maintain engagement with current partners Maintain and update the affiliate prospect pipeline Monitor performance metrics of affiliate partners Identify opportunities to expand partnerships across markets Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign execution and communication QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management or related discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing activities Proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Fluent English (spoken and written) Advanced Excel knowledge (PowerBI and similar tools are a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments Strong prioritization and deadline management skills OFFER: Opportunity to develop within an international Influencer & Affiliate Marketing program Hands-on experience with real campaigns and global markets Competitive trainee compensation according to profile"
