Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and architecture; - Strong experience in Power Platform; - Solid knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and associated technologies; - Experience with integration patterns, cloud solutions, and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman); - Proven experience in technical mentoring; - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps; - Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams, LucidChart; - Fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Take full responsibility for designing and delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions; - Define secure, scalable, and commercially viable architectures; - Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the entire lifecycle; - Produce architecture artifacts (HLD, MLD, diagrams) appropriate to the size and complexity of initiatives; - Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify value opportunities; - Lead and technically guide developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement; - Ensure alignment with the organization's IT strategy, standards, and principles.
