With over a decade of experience in talent recruitment, Human Profiler is a consultancy specialized in IT Outsourcing and the selection of qualified profiles. We track trends, anticipate needs, and align talent with the right challenges through agility, closeness, and a personalized approach. We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to our client team. Main responsibilities •Developing smart Dynamics 365 functionalities and accelerators •Integrations with external systems and APIs, enabling seamless collaboration with partners and internal processes •Translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, focusing on performance and security •Driving innovation within the Power Platform, utilizing tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages •Contributing ideas for new features and improvements to our continuously evolving product Requirements •Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) •Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Pages), Front-End Development •Experience with REACT, .NET •Affinity with Azure and integration patterns •Experience in International Projects is a plus •Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset From application to team integration The first contact is made by phone or videoconference, during a dedicated moment to better understand the candidate’s professional background and motivations.
