Descrição/Funções: Helping with the execution, monitoring, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns to drive conversions. -Campaign Support: -Assist in creating and managing email campaigns, including content preparation, designcoordination, and deployment for the English Online audience. -Support the implementation of personalisation strategies and dynamic content toenhance campaign effectiveness.o Support in monitoring email performance on a regular basiso Support in conducting A/B testing, and provide insights on open rates, click-throughrates, and overall email campaign and automation performance.? Email content assistance:o Help write and edit email copy that is engaging, persuasive, and in line with brandvoice.o Support the translation of email copy in local languages to reach primary and secondarymarkets. -Contribute to developing subject lines and CTAs to improve key metrics like open ratesand click-through rates. - Compliance and Best practices: - Ensure all email campaigns comply with regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.o Stay updated on email marketing best practices and contribute to the team's continuousimprovement efforts. Requisitos: This role requires two (2) years of experience with email marketing and marketing automationtools and platforms, such as HubSpot. The candidate needs to demonstrate strong writing andediting skills, with an ability to create compelling content and a basic understanding of dataanalysis and reporting.Given the global scope of our email campaigns and automation workflows, includingimplementation in multiple languages, being detail-orientated is crucial.
