We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector:<b> Nestlé Business Services.</b>They are currently looking to strengthen their team with an <b>Email Marketing Campaign Specialist (M/F) </b>with knowledge in<b> ADOBE CAMPAIGN,</b> for their office located in <b>Braga.</b> <b>Main responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Work with the company´s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy</li><li>HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary</li><li>Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool</li><li>Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands</li><li>Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability</li><li>Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports</li><li>Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’s</li><li>Build effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders</li></ul> <b>Ideal Profile:</b><ul><li>Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;</li><li><b>Proficiency in English (spoken and written);</b></li><li>Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg.
