Adecco Recruitment is looking for an EMEA FP&A Manager to join a reference client based in Oeiras/Sintra (hybrid). This position does not involve team leadership. Responsibilities - Consolidate and upload various sales reports, e.g. OSB, sales cockpit etc, able to identify, track and reconcile the variations in different reports; - Lead the month end financial reporting and analysis in a timely manner and high quality e.g. P&L, BS, working capital, market/plant reports, actual, forecast/outlook. Identify the corrective actions to improve financial performance and follow up with other finance leaders; - Lead monthly outlook, quarterly forecast and annual budget process, work with other finance leaders to meet the timeline and forecast accuracy target. Continuously improve the process and quality; - Other regular (e.g. BOD package) and ad hoc International FP&A reports projects; - Drive financial performance together with other finance leaders, e.g. GP/EBIT, DSO/working capital etc; - Work with Finance Systems leader for system implementation/improvement. Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management or other relevant area; - Experience in auditing (big4), preferably 3 years; - Relevant experience in FP&A or Management Control positions, particularly for the EMEA region; - PBI Python skills preferred; - Availability for international travel.
