Descrição da Função

Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; - Proven experience managing endpoint environments at enterprise scale; - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Windows 11 enterprise configuration; - Experience with Modern Management and GPO coexistence; - Strong problem-solving and communication skills; - Proactive, resilient, and assertive mindset; - Microsoft certifications (nice to have); - Business-level English and Portuguese. Responsibilities: - Manage the full device lifecycle across Windows environments, including enrolment, provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning; - Design and maintain standardized configurations, policies, and security baselines using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot; - Implement and optimize Modern Device Management solutions; - Automate provisioning, policy enforcement, reporting, and operational workflows through cloud integrations and enterprise APIs; - Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture, proactively resolving issues; - Maintain clear technical documentation and continuously improve platform capabilities following industry best practices.
