Descrição da Função

We are currently seeking an experienced Software Engineering Lead for a permanent placement opportunity, to lead and grow a high-performing engineering organisation delivering impactful digital solutions. Your Responsibilities Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, including Software Engineers, Requirements Engineers, Software Architects and UX Designers Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment Define and implement best practices and standards to ensure high-quality software solutions Provide technical leadership to ensure successful project delivery Collaborate closely with Product Managers and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives Ensure all software solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance and security Manage team resources effectively, including hiring, onboarding, training and performance management Identify and mitigate delivery risks to guarantee timely outcomes Act as the primary technical point of contact and report regularly to senior management Your Profile Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus) Proven experience in a leadership role within a software engineering environment Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies and practices Hands-on technical background with Java, Angular, Spring, Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins, Git and SQL Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage Good knowledge of English What We Offer Permanent placement in a stable, international and future-oriented organisation Opportunity to lead impactful projects within a global logistics leader Collaborative and innovative working environment Competitive compensation package and long-term career development If you are ready to take the next step in your career and shape the future of logistics through technology, we look forward to your application.
