Are you ready to be our next Collections Representative? We're seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on accuracy and enjoys the thrill of financial operations. As a Collections Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial processes run smoothly and efficiently! RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members. Also includes contact with customers, vendors or employees, to investigate or resolve issues as required.
