Join Our Client as an Enterprise Architect! We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to integrate a multicultural team and work on transforming and streamlining our clients IT infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to align IT strategy with business goals and drive efficiency and innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Define and design IT systems architecture in line with business strategies. - Optimize information management by understanding evolving business needs and technology capabilities. - Monitor systems to meet user needs and business goals. - Manage risks associated with IT infrastructure and suggest cost-saving ideas. - Provide technical guidance to developers and engineers. - Lead training initiatives to improve employee knowledge for future growth. - Research and provide insights on emerging IT trends. - Ensure security, efficiency, and compliance of the architecture. Requirements - 15 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role. - Strong background in IT strategy, business analysis, and IT infrastructure. - Proven skills in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA). - Experience with modeling and graphic representations. - Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills. - Fluent in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
