We are now looking to add a new talent to our teams: Finance Controller What skills do we value? • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting; • 4+ years experience as a Finance Controller; • Proficiency in financial software, MS Office, and other relevant tools; • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking; • Fluency in English and Portuguese; • Flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment; • Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness. What responsibilities will you have? • Oversee and assist Management in profit centers controlling; • Prepare the annual operational plan/and forecast; • Manage and drive controlling activities of the department’s projects; • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities; • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, and budgeting processes; • Ensure asset management activities (clients, suppliers and stocks) / reporting; • Assist in preparing presentations for management, including supporting documentation; • Regularly review financial plans, crossing current data with budgets looking for cost reduction opportunities; • Closely examine all reports and financial data to check for discrepancies; • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies; • Analyze and review data from the systems used.
