The MoOngy Group is a network of agile consulting companies for Engineering and Digital professions representing: - 9500 employees - 45 companies - 14 countries - €730 million in revenue in 2023 Due to increased activity, the MoOngy Group is looking for a Financial Controller (Belgium) As our new Financial Controller  you will work with our Finance Team, on providing valuable insights and clear recommendations to our top-level management and support their decision making with your analyses. Your tasks: - Preparation of management accounts and monthly financial reporting to the Management and the Board of Directors - Support with regular budgeting and forecasting of the business - Produce and be responsible for accurate monthly management accounts. - Control of the cash flows . - Help produce annual Budgets. - Work closely with external auditors and to meet group reporting deadlines. - Work with external tax advisors to ensure timely delivery of annual tax , VAT submissions, and other fiscal issues. - Collaborating with finance team in establishing more effective processes and controls to ensure best practices are followed - Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information - Integration in a solid and growing Group - Coordination of the finance and Administrative Team along with the CFO. Profile: - Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, Economics or Management - 3 - 5 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Advisory environment in Belgium (mandatory) - Great analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from your analysis of financial data - Advanced knowledge of the MS Office; - You are a reliable and hands-on team player who likes to challenge himself to grow and develop in a Multinational Environment - Fluent in English and French (mandatory) - Available to travel inside Europe, when necessary (mandatory) - The candidats must have EU Passport and live already in Belgium (mandatory) Is there still room for fun?  Of course!
