Opportunity Financial Controller (M/F)   Adecco Permanent Recruitment is looking for a Financial Controller to join a leading multinational in the port and logistics sector. If you have experience in auditing, a taste for risk analysis and a vision geared towards continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you!   Main responsibilities - Ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control environment; - Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations (local and international); - Map processes and create detailed control flowcharts; - Identifying areas for improvement and proposing robust financial control measures; - Support and collaborate on digital transformation projects; - Developing corporate governance reports and risk indicators; - Collaborate with the Accounting and FP&A areas in defining controls and reporting; - Analyse and address risk areas in financial transactions. - Support internal audits and lead strategic financial initiatives.   Profile and requirements - Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or equivalent field; - Minimum of 3 years experience in auditing (Big Four experience preferred); - Solid knowledge of COSO, internal control and IFRS; - Fluency in English (required) and Spanish (plus); - Good knowledge of SAP (valued); - Excellent command of Office 365 tools, especially Excel; - Ability to work with multicultural and international teams; - Critical thinking, autonomy, proactivity and focus on process improvement.   What we offer - Integration into a growing and transforming global organisation; - Health insurance; - Face-to-face work; - Food allowance; - Flexible working hours; - Involvement in strategic projects with an international impact.
