Adecco Recruitment is seeking for a Financial Quality Controller (M/F) for our client that is an international group acting in the banking sector - Harmonisation of financial reporting - Follow up and act upon queries received from internal and external auditors in relation to the shareholders accounting policies - Monitor the application of the accounting standards according to IFRS - Ensure that IFRS and group policy updates are duly applied by the subsidiaries and the SSC - Validate the IT accounting schemes specifications of all new accounting projects - Cooperate with the subsidiaries and HQ in efficiency and quality projects - Manage key projects related to finance, accounting and internal control Profile - Good teamwork and communication skills - Capacity to solve problems, find solutions and alternative approaches - Ensure projects are well defined, aligned to business goals, well documented and appropriately reported - Comfortable with working in a unpredictable environment with priorities, scope and tasks changing frequently - Versatile, able to participate in multiple initiatives out of the formal role scope and address new challenges - 2 years experience in auditing or accounting (banking is a plus, not a mandatory skill) - Fluent in English. French is an advantage - Excellent command of Excel and in manipulating data sets; - Knowledge of SAP is helpful.
