Join a dynamic and proactive team, providing high-quality technical support in the banking sector. You will be responsible for first-line technical support via telephone, including registering, monitoring, resolving, and/or redirecting tickets in the ITSM solution (ServiceNow) to specialized teams; ensuring resolution of desktop computing services, printing, peripheral devices and mobility, desktop software distribution, email/messaging, and collaborative tools. Profile: Completed secondary education Over 3 years of previous experience in the banking sector Experience in first-line support - technical support in Banking/Financial Market Proficiency in the English language (oral and written) Knowledge of Windows password unlocking Proficiency in the use of Windows and AS400 information systems (mandatory requirement) Knowledge of Bitlocker Availability to work from 8am to 7pm in Lisbon We Offer: Attractive remuneration: Base Salary + Meal Allowance Monthly attendance bonuses Collaborative and stimulating work environment Seize this opportunity and send your CV!
