WHO WE ARE We are a team of professionals with an extensive and vast experience in the AEC/FM industry, in the areas of architecture, engineering and service-oriented management. BIMMS has become a company specialized in the conception and development of global architectural and engineering designs, as well as in the incorporation of facility/asset management services through the integration of BIM work processes. WHAT WE DO As an architecture and engineering international organization, BIMMS is mainly oriented to services of BIM consultancy, presenting specialized solutions for BIM process management and coordination, BIM procurement/tender support, BIM information management and practical implementation within companies and construction projects. Furthermore, BIMMS has developed innovative solutions and strategies for facility and asset management by integrating BIM in these services. In addition, BIMMS presents a wide range of BIM modeling solutions and services, from object programming and parameterization, to the assembly of digital models with integrated information as well as digital training from 3D to 7D level. OUR MISSION BIMMS seeks to provide products and services capable of creating a differentiated response in the market, concerning the diverse challenges and opportunities that arises from the current and future AEC/FM industry. We intend to be agents that promote evolution in the industry, supporting other partner companies with the integration of BIM by providing proficiency, management strategies and implementation of renovated internal work processes, as well as technical, scientific and professional competencies that will integrate BIM and take advantage of its leverages.

Acknowledging our most recent established partnerships and consolidated reputation that BIMMS has within European strategic sectors has provided the foundation to enable a trustworthy and progressive long-term vision of growth. We are excited to announce that our BIMMS Family will be growing both in number and expertise. BIMMS is hiring a frontend developer to strengthen the team and complementing the growth strategy. Frontend Developer Profile: • Bachelor/master’s degree qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience). • Experience with Vue 3 using script setup or other SFC based frameworks with strong focus in Reactivity. • Expertise in TypeScript or other strongly typed languages. • Expertise in modular, responsive component design-based implementation (using Vuetify or equivalent). • Proficiency in Global State Management using Pinia. • Capability to participate and/or oversee collaborative versioning using GIT. Valued Skills: • Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns and SOLID Principles. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS and HTML, with proven experience in Web Development. • Proficiency in asynchronous flow to server and work with API. • Sensibility for Web Design and friendly UI/UX. • Agile development.
