Descrição da Função

For a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector, we are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the Air & SeaTech product area, contributing to the design, development, and evolution of scalable software solutions supporting air and sea logistics operations. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable products in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities Contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements definition to demos and final delivery Work closely with business specialists to design and implement technical and functional solutions for new features and enhancements Actively participate in shaping team processes and continuous improvement initiatives Collaboratively define and design a modular and integrated software landscape Design and implement RESTful web services and APIs Develop and maintain Angular-based frontend applications Develop and maintain Java-based backend applications Take ownership of software quality, performance, and long-term sustainability Ideal Profile Proven experience working in small to medium-sized development teams within high-performance, agile environments Strong motivation to support and potentially mentor team members, combined with a passion for IT and pragmatic problem-solving Willingness to grow both individually and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to a no-blame culture, openness to learning from failure, and confidence in sharing ideas Academic degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent professional experience Strong object-oriented programming skills with several years of hands-on experience in Java, Angular, Spring, Docker (basic knowledge), OpenShift, Jenkins, Git, and SQL Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Angular and TypeScript Experience with Kafka, API Gateways, Microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is considered a strong advantage Fluent written and spoken English We Offer Direct integration into the end client’s organisation Involvement in product-driven development initiatives within logistics technology Collaboration with cross-functional teams in an international environment Opportunity for professional growth in a modern engineering context Contractual conditions aligned with the candidate’s profile and experience
