We're currently hiring a Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic team and contribute to exciting technology projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop innovative, high-quality software in collaboration with clients using the latest technologies and agile methods. • Tackle challenges like optimizing performance and enhancing continuous delivery processes. • Lead teams, mentor fellow developers, and help expand our tech offering by staying on top of the latest industry trends. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in agile, team-oriented projects. • Work on a variety of dynamic projects, specifically in Germany’s leading financial sector. Qualifications: • You have at least a year of hands-on experience in full-stack development. • Strong background in backend and frontend technologies, including Java and Spring Boot (or familiarity with JakartaEE or MicroProfile frameworks like Quarkus or Micronaut). • Well-versed in modern web technologies and experienced with at least one popular JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js). • Solid expertise in microservices architecture, and comfortable with integrating them into large-scale applications. • Bonus points if you’ve worked with unit/integration testing or have experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps). • You're passionate about technology and eager to contribute to technology consulting. • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a comprehensive understanding of software development. • Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
