Descrição da Função

Profile: - Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related field; - Between 2 and 4 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Primavera, Dynamics, Sage, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar); - Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications; - Familiarity with system configuration and functional testing; - Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and documenting use cases; - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Experience working in cross-functional teams and international environments; - Fluency in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities: - Support the implementation of the ERP system by participating in system configuration, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), while documenting updates and validating performance; - Collaborate with business users throughout implementation and maintenance, gathering requirements and translating them into ERP functionalities, as well as providing first-level troubleshooting and escalating complex issues when necessary; - Maintain accurate process documentation and configuration records, ensuring compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.
