Descrição da Função

With over a decade of experience in talent recruitment, Human Profiler is a consultancy specialized in IT Outsourcing and the selection of qualified profiles. We track trends, anticipate needs, and align talent with the right challenges through agility, closeness, and a personalized approach. We are currently looking for a Functional SAP HR (M/F) to our team. Main responsibilities • Be a part of a team, responsible for evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance in an international project Requirements • Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM (Human Capital Management), specifically in Time management with time evaluation and CATS (Cross- Application Timesheets); • Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis; • Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones; • Strategic, innovative, and customer-focused mindset; • Experience in International Payroll; • Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above) From application to team integration The first contact is made by phone or videoconference, during a dedicated moment to better understand the candidate’s professional background and motivations. During the integration phase, close and consistent support is ensured to foster continuous development and smooth adaptation to the new team. In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency, the salary range for this position is €20,000 to €25,000 gross per annum, depending on the candidate's level of seniority.
