Start : 03.09.26 We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit German or Italian-speaking Customer Travel Advisors for an international business travel project based in Porto, Portugal. If you have experience in customer service and a passion for travel, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team supporting business travelers across the globe. You will assist customers with their travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless, efficient, and professional experience through an innovative corporate travel platform. Your Role Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German or Italian and English Assist business travelers with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience throughout every interaction
