We are seeking a detail-oriented German-speaking Content Reviewer to join our team in Lisbon. You will play a key role in evaluating AI-generated content and ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance in health-related prompts. Key Responsibilities Review and assess health-related prompts according to established guidelines. Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, helpfulness, clarity, tone, and cultural appropriateness. Detect errors, hallucinations, or inappropriate content, providing constructive feedback for improvement. Document issues and propose enhancements to AI outputs and internal guidelines. Participate in team calibration sessions and share best practices. Manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Adhere to company and client procedures, KPIs, and confidentiality requirements. Support workflow improvements and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements Native or fluent in German (written and spoken); strong English skills (minimum B2 level). Deep understanding of German culture, language nuances, slang, units, and local standards. Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35–40 WPM. Ability to multitask, work in shifts, and manage workload independently. General knowledge of health and wellness; familiarity with wearable metrics is a plus. Prior experience in content review, data annotation, or quality assurance is desirable. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
