Descrição da Função

Workster is a modern cloud-based European Talent Acquisition agency spread across the entire European continent with open vacancies in over 15 European countries. In order to continue our growth process and strengthen our Team, we are currently looking for a German or Dutch-speaking International Recruiter to join our Operation.

• Sourcing and screening of German and Dutch candidates for all of our open roles across Europe
• Presenting candidates for the selection process with the client
• Efficiently identify which candidate matches which roles and able to sell the right role to the right candidate
• Participate in weekly coordination and best practice exchange meetings with the rest of the Team

Perfil

• Dutch or German C1 speaker with C1 English
• +1 year of experience working in a BPO environment
• +1 year of Recruitment experience in a BPO setting or similar is preferred
• Strong orientation towards results
• Excellent sales & communication skills
• Based in a European Union country
