Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting an Global Cybersecurity Operations Lead (M/F/D) for a client company. FUNCTIONS Manage Conditional Access, MFA posture, PIM/PAM, and identity threat detection (Entra ID, MDI). Exposure management beyond basic scanning – ASM, BOM/SBOM, threat-informed prioritization (EPSS, KEV). Integration with DLP, Insider Risk, and data classification signals. Full lifecycle of detection use cases and threat hunting cadence. Automation and orchestration: SOAR playbooks, auto-containment, MIM runbooks. Cloud & OT/ICS security: interfaces for Defender for Cloud, CSPM/CWPP, and OT monitoring. Organize and direct security operations, leveraging internal and external resources. Define service catalog, KPIs, and SLAs; monitor and improve service delivery. Develop and refine operational processes and procedures. Act as Tier 3 focal point for major incidents. Vendor governance: manage MSSP/MDR performance and compliance. Drive continuous improvement, automation, detection engineering, and operational maturity. Integrate DR/BCP for cyber scenarios, including tabletop exercises. Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. PROFILE 7+ years in Cyebersecurity Operations, including SOC and engineering services. 3+ years in a leadership role managing internal teams and external providers. Expertise in SOC, security engineering, identity security, vulnerability/exposure management, and incident handling. Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Ability to design service frameworks, define KPIs/SLAs, and measure performance. Fluent Portuguese (required). English with a minimum level of B2/C1 (required).
